Job Description

he Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to maximize revenue for the company's food and beverage operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the F&B industry, excellent communication, and proven sales skills.


Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, events, catering, hospitality, and retail channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close profitable deals. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. * Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback effectively.
