Responsibilities:
Manage regional sales
Manage enquiries for new products / models
Liaise with product engineer for client's sample submission.
Follow-up of product approval & production schedule of customers.
Conduct customer survey to determine customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction level.
Manage ISO and ISM audit/related matters.
Make delivery arrangement/instructions.
Monthly forecast planning amendment.
Yearly budget planning.
Quotation preparation.
To perform financial integrity screening on potential clients
Ensure that environmental operational controls and work instructions related to quality are implemented in the area[s] under his / her control.
Requirements:
Degree in Business or similar capacity
Proficient in spoken and written Japanese to communicate with HQ and Japanese Clients
Must be open / willing to travel to regions such as India, Bangladesh, Vietnam etc
Must be willing to relocate if required
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communicative skills.
Able to analyze customer related problems.
Strong team spirit
