Job Description

Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company. Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results. Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing EduTech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution. Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.


Job Requirements:



Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related Preferred qualifications include 5 years or more of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Prior sales experience in the EduTech and OA office software industry is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard. * Fluency in English and Chinese to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.
