The Role

AsiaOne is looking for candidates to build strong client relationships, preferably but not necessary to have experience in digital advertising solutions. You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of advertisers and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions that meet their marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Understand clients' business needs and present compelling, tailored media and advertising solutions Drive digital advertising growth with Agencies and Clients Sell integrated digital solutions across content, video, display, and social Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, media planning) to design and deliver integrated campaigns across content, video, display, and social Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed personal sales targets within assigned industries/sectors Work with the campaign manager to monitor campaign performance to ensure success metrics are met Collaborate as an enthusiastic team player across different functions and business units

Requirements:

Operates as a dynamic

"hunter"

and demand generator Highly organised with strong analytical, problem-solving, planning ability and adaptable to changes Self-motivated with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Independent, resourceful and able to work under tight deadlines A proven track record of driving new business growth Preferred experience in media sales, digital media, media advertising, and content marketing

Those with no sales experience but has strong hunting characteristics and good communication skills, not shy to present and talk are most welcomed to apply
