In this position, you will be engaged as a New Business Development Sales Executive, playing a key role in expanding our client base and driving value creation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Propose the implementation of application software and services--primarily in production management, sales management, and financial accounting--to improve client operations and enhance management performance.
Create prospect lists, set your own KPIs, and conduct client visits for new business development.
Work closely with the parent company (Japan HQ), including regular reporting, sharing strategies and progress, and coordinating solutions to issues.
Support the establishment and operation of a Japan Desk to strengthen services for Japanese clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
Professional experience in the IT and/or ERP industry.
High-Level Japanese language ability in speaking, reading and writing as needs to report to Head Office in Japan and need to participate monthly meeting with Head Office
Experience in new business development sales.
Experience in selling intangible products or services.
Knowledge in finance & accounting, HR & payroll, or sales management.
