Job Responsibilities?


1.


Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding all sales channels (retail, group-buy leaders, small B2B, etc.) in Singapore.


2.


Achieve annual sales and payment collection targets in line with team goals.


3.


Expand and manage local offline retail resources to build a strong sales network.


4.


Build and manage a community-based distribution system (group-buy leaders/distributors) to drive viral sales.


5.


Support local events (tastings, pop-ups, promotional campaigns) to enhance brand visibility.


6.


Maintain customer relationships, oversee payment collection, and handle after-sales and urgent issues.


7.


Track sales progress, collect data, generate reports, and conduct performance analysis.


8.


Use data insights (sales reports, conversion rates, distributor profiles) to refine sales tactics and channel strategies.

? Requirements?


1.


Experience in alcoholic beverage sales; familiarity with Singapore or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.


2.


Strong business development skills with ability to independently manage sales channels.


3.


Proficient in using Microsoft Office for sales data reporting and analysis.


4.


Excellent communication skills, strong execution, and ability to work under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
