A growing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead a team within the export division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing international markets, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping sales strategies, managing performance, and supporting the expansion of global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Build, mentor, and motivate team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
Oversee the creation of business plans, presentations, and sales budgets.
Monitor team performance through regular reporting, reviews, and KPIs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
Ensure proper cost control, pricing, and profitability for all sales activities.
Maintain oversight of trade accounts receivable and ensure healthy cash flow.
Prepare monthly forecasts, sales reports, and performance analyses.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing and business initiatives.
Undertake additional sales and marketing projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within sectors such as
manufacturing, clean energy, or technology solutions
.
Diploma or higher qualification in
Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
.
Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
Strong understanding of
sales performance metrics
and
cost-to-sales impact
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Full-time role, five-day work week.
