Sales and Business Development for Processed Meat Products


Roles & Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
Promote and expand sales of processed meat products (beef and pork) mainly to restaurant clients across Singapore.


Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers to ensure consistent supply and satisfaction.


Customer Consultation & Menu Support
Utilize hands-on experience in restaurant operations to provide practical suggestions from the client's perspective.


Offer menu development proposals, portion control advice, and cost-efficiency recommendations to support each client's success.


Market Research & Strategic Planning
Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to propose new product opportunities.


Collaborate with the Owner and Singapore management team to develop mid- to long-term sales strategies.


Coordination with Production & Logistics Teams
Work closely with Japan-based suppliers and Singapore operations to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.


Manage sales forecasts, stock levels, and order cycles efficiently.


Requirements & Skills

Strong understanding of meat products and restaurant operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Japanese. Experience in hospitality and food industry operations both domestically and internationally. Proven adaptability and leadership in multicultural environments. * Professional skills for meat cutting.
