Responsible for the Singapore local market retail coverage and channel construction and management, responsible for the corresponding sales assessment indicators and business indicators;
Cooperate with the planning and execution of offline marketing activities and online digital marketing, cultivate the market, generate clues and drive sales in a targeted manner;
Participate in the development of sales strategies for local consumer products, market segmentation and Omni-channel management.
Undertake regional sales tasks, be responsible for regional market development, channel planning and management, and tap market potential and sales growth points;
Connected with agents and retailers in the region to ensure that the company's sales strategy and management strategy were implemented in the whole sales channel;
Regularly analyzed and rearranged the regional business, optimized the channel structure, and improved the overall sales performance in the region;
Maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction;

The successful candidate
Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years' experience in channel management or sales management.
Familiar with the business model and operation method of local channel;
Strong communication skills, strong ability to resist pressure and self-drive;
