We are expanding our business and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.







Job Responsibilities


Promote and sell company cleaning and maintenance services to new and existing clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements to clients. Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.




Requirements


Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cleaning, facility management, or service-related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (added advantage). Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
