:
1. Overall in charge of Catering
2. Responsible to market and acquire clients for catering services for local market, i.e. Factories, Dormitories, Plants, Corporate Offices and etc.,
3. Achieving the sales target by generate the leads, prospecting, sending proposal and quotation, follow up and convert into sales
4. React promptly to customer requests and address their needs with good follow up. Attend to customer regular visit and meeting if required
5. Manage customer's payment
6. Work and manage menus with Chefs Team
7. Coordinate and manage projects
8. Submit Tenders
9. Reporting to supervisor with weekly report on leads, prospect, sales and collection
Requirements:
1. Education - At least O/N Level and above
2. At least 5 years' experience in Catering with Contacts
3. Result oriented capability
4. Good inter personality, communication, presentation and negotiation skill
5. Self-Driven, Resourceful, Independent, Dynamic
