About the Role

We're a creative digital marketing agency rooted in the hospitality industry -- partnering with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands to craft stories that inspire and connect. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Singapore team. You'll be responsible for growing our client base, building strong relationships, and driving consistent business growth as we expand into new industries and creative opportunities.

What You'll Do

Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, and other industries. Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and proposal to negotiation, closing. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align strategies and optimise lead conversion. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management review. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and developments in digital marketing.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within marketing, media, or creative industries. Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Confident in networking and relationship-building with hospitality and lifestyle brands. Based in Singapore with good knowledge of the local market.
