Key responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
Manage sales and maximise profitability while minimising stock losses
Motivate and engage staff to achieve sales goals
Oversee store inventory levels by monitoring, replenishing and ordering stock as required
Deliver exceptional customer service
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with the rest of the team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field
Extremely customer-centric and enjoys serving and getting to know customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, motivate and lead the team
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
