RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Drive business growth by building and maintaining long-term client relationships, contributing to overall sales success.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to achieve business objectives.
Maintain and update sales reports and forecasts.
Learn the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Engineering/Offshore industry.
Experience in Security/Telecommunication systems.
Experience in Offshore industry is an added advantage.
Dynamic, positive, and outgoing personality.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
