General Description of role

• Focus into companies who will need Singapore domestic related small parcel delivery business development. Sales activities cover for promote BEST Singapore related domestics/international small parcel delivery service, and other value add service if related to small parcel delivery.
• Develop new business, from new account or assigned existing accounts.
• Find solution to fulfil customer’s requirements, gain and retain business.
• To participate into Sales related projects, deliver sales and marketing study result.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new potential business opportunities.
• Hunting for new business by self-initial action, execute the sales activities needed to gain the business.
• Work together with BEST operation team to secure more business and retain the business.
• Weekly Sales Report, Monthly/Quarterly Sales Review Report, Project sales report as per requested.
• Gain RFQ opportunities, work with operation team, give necessary coordination, submit the RFQ to client or overseas party as per required.
• Build up customer SOP, cooperate with operation team to ensure the effectiveness which will benefit for both BEST and customer.
• Customer outstanding payment settlement.
• Other tasks assigned by department manager.

• Language proficiency in both English and Chinese to handle enquiries from English and Chinese speaking stakeholders
• 5 years+ experience working in Supply Chain Industry as Hunter role Sales or Industry Development Sales. Good in knowledge in Courier Service, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Cross Border Transportation, and so on. Good knowledge in E-Commerce logistics will be advantage.
• Proven of delivery of past success result in new business development with companies in Singapore.
• Good knowledge in using office IT system and software
• Personal presentation and business presentation skill
• Good in communication skill
• Diploma or above
• 3C driving license with own vehicle in Singapore will be advantage, but not a must requirement.
