Job Description

Job Title:Manager, Sales (M1 / M2) Reports to:General Manager / Characteristics: This role is to generate sales in B2B and B2G segment by thoroughly engaging with contractors, end users and specifiers. Need to work on various tenders, provide quotation, negotiate with contractors and secure projects. The job will also involve promoting Davex products and systems through interaction with consultants and end users.

Key Responsibilities (included and not limited to) : 1. Generate sales through active engagement with contractors 2. Deliver quarterly target of project pipeline, sales volume, margin and collection. 3. Identify new business opportunities through engagement with contractors, end users and consultants. 4. Expand customer network and enhance Davex market share in assigned segment/ customers. 5. Work closely with supporting departments like Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain to deliver satisfactory customer experience. 6. Keep management updated about market trends, competition activities and potential for new products and services. 7. Regularly provide required sales report, project analysis and other business / sales info to Management 8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Education / Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent; 2. At least 4 – 6 years of sales experience with proven track record of sales achievement in B2B and B2G segment. 3. Experience in professional lighting industry is a Plus. 4. Experience in dealing with contractor, negotiation and closing sales 5. Strong presentation skills with good negotiation and prospecting capabilities; 6. Result oriented, diligent, with a good sense of financial / business acumen. 7. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and another local language. 8. Proficient in MS Office and CRM online tool like salesforce. 9. Job will require frequent travelling within Singapore.
