Sourcing, qualifying suitable candidates for clients and scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates. Preparing relevant reports for submission such as Letter of Appointment, Employment contract etc. Identifying, developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationship with clients. Otherwise, managing recruitment projects, update job postings in our website and various job portals. And any other duties as assigned by superiors.
