Riverr is a fast growing Tech startup based in Singapore. We develop Med Tech solutions that help stakeholders understand, process, store and use their data to its full potential. We offer extensible in-house solutions that help the stakeholders grow their business based on their data and help patients with their healthcare with preventive health data analytics.The Sales Manager is a new role with significant responsibility for delivering the ambitious growth targets Riverr has set out. The Sales Manager will have full ownership and responsibility for managing sales activities and ensuring the achievement of significant new revenue growth targets. As a Sales Manager, you will work with the CEO to develop strategies for growing the revenue and execute these through own, direct sales to major customer prospects.Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and develop existing customers
  • Generate new leads and activate existing ones
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events
  • Accompany the onboarding process of newly acquired customers
  • Work on, develop and maintain pipelines
  • Being patient in longer sales cycles and continuously working towards the conclusion of the contract
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B selling
  • Be able to work independently and enjoy growing in a young team at a start-up
  • Have a track record of developing and closing SaaS or similar service solution opportunities using a consultative sales approach
  • Experience in successfully selling to large, strategic customers and managing a complex sales cycle
  • Ideally experience in medical controlling or hospital IT
  • Be passionate about making a decisive contribution to the growth of the company and wanting to be part of an innovative team for a longer period of time
  • Superior negotiation skills
  • Medical, technical or business degree
  • A good network of executive level relationships within the healthcare industries will be an advantage

We have helped Singapore combat the COVID pandemic and from there are expanding our presence in the medical world.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per monthSchedule:
