Hands on training to IoT technologies, hardware and software solutions will be provided. We offer an opportunity for aspiring sales professionals to work with customers in the emerging IoT industry and to solve business issues with data driven solutions.You will manage and drive new business in Singapore, either working directly or with our strategic partners to grow the business. You will position and grow revenues for our Energy Management, Smart Lighting, Smart HVAC, Chilled Water, Smart Controls, Indoor Air Quality, Occupancy Management and Data Centre Infrastructure Management IoT solutions. Working closely with our customers, you will help them adopt digital strategies, using data and our suite of IoT solutions to transform their business.You must be a self-driven, result oriented person with a strong interest in the use of technology to solve business issues. You are a natural leader, strong communicator and possess a pleasant personality that is persuasive and persistent.You will lead internal teams to achieve sales objectives through careful and detail planning and impeccable execution and be capable of working independently and closely with customers.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers and acquiring new customers in Singapore.
  • Driving and meeting annual sales targets
  • Working with strategic partners to close new business
  • Articulating and positioning our suite of IoT Solutions to address the needs of our customers and prospects.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and to structure winning proposals to help customers leverage IoT to solve real world problems including being able to scope out a project for the required sensors and services to deliver a project.
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive marketing programs that target specific market segments and to follow up on all leads generated
  • Engage with 'C' level to develop executive relationships.
  • Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals and engage with different stakeholders across the company to support customer requirements.
  • Identify, develop and execute Go To Market plans for that target specific market segments with our solutionsJob Requirements
  • You must be a good story teller with a knowledge of how to put technology to work.
  • You must be able to write, communicate and present your ideas and thoughts fluently.
  • You are a savvy communicator and you exude passion and energy in everything you do.
  • You have excellent coordination skills and can direct and work with others to get the job done.Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree / Masters in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
  • More than 5 years proven Sales experience with a track record in the meeting Sales Targets
  • Must have experience working with large enterprise customers preferably in IoT Solutions, Enterprise Software, Industrial Automation, Building Management systems or with other technology systems related solutions.
  • Have experience with structuring pricing proposals that reflect value for the customer.
  • Passionate about technology with the relevant know how to help customers solve complex business issues.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a pro-active approach to problem-solving, be a good listener and be capable of working independently, with a great attention to detail.
