Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports Sales & Marketing head to achieve rooms revenue budget and individual goals
- Prospects new business and establish and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts / clients
- Develop sales plans to generate business from identified markets / accounts and pursues all future business opportunities
- Review and monitor the room revenue, room nights and average rate performance of the accounts
- Drives business to achieve the budgeted room revenue, room nights and average rate
- Participates in the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing plan and Room Revenue budgets
- Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue
- Drives performance and delivers results from individual accounts
- Engage and manage clients through daily sales activities and site inspections
- Negotiates rates, terms and conditions in business segment for OTA and Corporate in line with budget
- Maintains an up-to-date database
- Compliance with internal guidelines / SOPs
