Sales Manager
Job Description
Lead the sales department in fulfilling the set sales quotas.
Mentor Salespeople
Create sales forecasts, analyze performance data, using CRM
Design and implement a scalable sales strategy.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or computer science
Experience in managing Sales Team for at least 5 to 8 years in industrial and technical sales

Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate Salespeople
Analytical and Strategic Thinking
Microsoft office

Working schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
