This is a key advertising sales role within the Sales ecosystem for the client requiring a creative, high-energy and client-facing individual who can drive and monetise both agency and direct client relationships with local partners. The role requires you to increase digital, event sponsorships and branded content sales via proactive outbound calls, maintaining relationships with agencies, customized and creative solutions in response to briefs, and ensuring each client enjoys satisfaction in all aspects of their experience. This role bears ultimate responsibility for growing revenue in his/her allocated sectors, client satisfaction and will maintain an active, overseeing presence throughout the planning and execution of any creative solution. Servicing our external customers is an essential part of this role and therefore someone with excellent interpersonal skills is required. Responsibilities . Prospect commercial leads by utilizing online and offline sources to cultivate new business, proactively seek new business opportunities . Continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of business from both agency and direct clients. In doing so, you will: a. Make a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails b. Produce proactive business collateral to support business development c. Attend key events and networking opportunities d. Utilize networks around them including industry contacts and peers e. General sector research to be continuously across relevant discussion points f. Ensure the business maintains an up-to-date client contact list . Responding to advertising briefs on time and on brief . Consistently aim to close new deals with the ambition to exceed monthly sales targets . Ongoing relationship management and new business development opportunities . Drive strategic discussion with internal and external stakeholders . Achieve both monthly and quarterly sales target . Be seen as the sales representative in the Singapore market externally and internally with support from Senior Management. An ideal candidate would Be commercially astute Either have experience at or want to dive headfirst into a fast-paced digital-first company Think globally Have excellent communication and relationship building skills Not averse to contacting agencies, potential new clients (cold-calling) or previous clients Have a high sense of ownership, urgency and drive Be a team player
