Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about creating new business development opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and managing prospects.
  • Commercial activity to promote LITEON products into the market.
  • Being accountable for achieving annual performance goals and growth.
  • Gathering and analyzing information on the market and competitors.
  • Responsible for generating new revenue from a predefined sales territory and portfolio.
  • Work closely with HQ team members and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
  • Liaise and maintaining good relationship with other business units and departments as required to conduct sales activities.
  • Perform additional duties as required/assigned by manager.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business / Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience is required.
  • Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral, written, presentation)
  • An ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset who is result-driven and broad-minded.
  • Independent, Proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Must be a team player with positive attitude, self-driven and multitasking.
  • Experience in Telecommunication industry (Preferred)
