As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving major pursuits with account management principle within the organizational and functional guidelines, to secure orders and achieve order booking targets. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you need to act as enablers to address the customer needs for major Oil & Gas and Wind Offshore accounts and stay coordinated internally within organization. The position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

  • Taking charge as Sales Manager to identify business areas, solutions , customer base and customer needs in Offshore Oil & Gas Offshore industry
  • Taking responsibility to deliver order intake for individual and team budgets
  • Taking lead role on Account Management of identified Offshore Oil & Gas customers and provide full support on sales phase of the project and participate in key discussions during execution and service phase of the project
  • Managing relationships with customers within the Oil & Gas segment to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible as a lead for each major pursuit in providing technical solutions for E-House, Electrical and Automation with back-office support from technical support / proposal team
  • Identifying and implement key strategies in winning a project including proper selection of vendors
  • Following business governance & control guideline and taking lead for seeking approval of large bids as per defined procedure.
  • Managing tender costing, commercial terms & conditions and involve in negotiation with both customers and vendors to achieve optimal result
Your background
  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry with at least 5 years of front- end sales experience
  • Strong know-how & proven experience of E-House Solution in FPSO & large LNG Project
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Automation)
  • Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and project risk management
  • Able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written), customer oriented, negotiate, persuasive, possess professional attitude and good team spirit
  • Enjoy working in a wide variety of cultures and in many different sectors
  • Motivated & Self driven individual
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English
