1. Role Description This position reports to Jason Lai , the Director of the Company and Denny Seow , the Trainer of the attachment. SGPEST PTE LTD provides professional Pest Control Services since 2016.

2. Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in: 1. Business Development 2. Customer Management 3. Workplace Safety and Health Practices Implementation 4. Contract and Vendor Management 5. Data and Statistical Analytics 6. Effectiveness Management 7. Risk Management and Administration

3. Competencies 1. Analyse customer requirements, markets, competitors and environments , so to identify existing and potential customer needs and expectations. 2. Develop customer account management framework to measure and evaluate customer satisfaction. 3. Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented practices & develop action plans to address Workplace Safety and Health Practices implementation. 4. Draft contracts taking into consideration risk elements and legal matters. Trainee will be able to analyse performance and output, ensuring contract terms are being followed. 5. Generate report on trends & risks to aid management decision making. 6. Encourage and display effective communication techniques and behaviours that demonstrate the company\xe2\x80\x99s values and ethics. 7. Develop risk management framework & risk mitigation plans & internal control systems to ensure business continuity in times of incident and/or crisis for the company.

4. Duration of Traineeship / Attachment Offered 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance 6. Mature Mid-Career Individuals (40 years old and above as of 2022) - $ 3,800

7. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship DIPLOMA or PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should posses a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
