Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
  • Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
  • Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
  • Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
  • Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities
  • Review sales performance and analyzing performance reports
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills of at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team
  • Knowledgeable and excellent networking in semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
