Job Description


In order to maintain development and profitability, a leadership position is needed to oversee all retail sales, business operations, and personnel. Drive the business growth plan from site selection, landlord contact, and leasing negotiations, all the way to the store\'s built up completion.

A crucial role in closely collaborating with the internal functional teams for marketing, supply chain, finance, IT, HR, and training. Provide an effective interface with the corporate activities and that the region complies with the brand standards and SOPs inherent to the business model of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize topline sales potential to achieve optimal financial results for each store.
  • Monitor sales trends, purchases, and sales promotion activities to increase EBIT above budget.
  • Communicate store and company objectives so that both management and staff are informed.
  • Manage Operations budget in order to review and interpret financial and operational information as needed.
  • Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop retail employees to meet company needs and identify top performers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory and stock in the store.
  • Product rolling forecast (buying), in collaboration with the corporate function merchandising plan.
  • Involve in sales budgeting and take part of the construction of the finance

Key Requirements:
  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years at managerial level and preferable in retail or premium lifestyle brands
  • Good planning and organization skills, numeric sensitive and logical thinking, able to perform multiple activities or work on multiple tasks successfully
  • \xe2\x80\x9cCan Do\xe2\x80\x9d attitudes, positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to exert greatest effort to achieve results with a sense of urgency
  • A team player with the flexibility to liaise among different parties
  • Continuously display leadership behaviours - tackle tough issues, communicate effectively, follow through on promises, support and develop people
