Join our team within Chemtech division in Sulzer Singapore Ltd as Sales Manager to help us take our Chemtech business to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Achieve the sales targets, margin and sustainability.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of sales matters.
  • Review and approve tender package prior to submitting to customer.
  • BD related -Evaluate and propose of adjacent new services
  • Collaboration with different BUs for cross-selling synergy
  • Ensure reporting in line with CT\'s requirement, preparation of monthly MIS.
  • Ensure that the specification offered to the customer are within the capability and capacity of the company.
  • Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to ensure that the complaints are properly and efficiently dealt with.
  • Customer projects & opportunities are identified, acquired and realized the opportunity.
  • Possess the ability to influence and rapidly establish their standing amongst the team - particularly with executives, senior management and key decision makers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related industrial
  • Min. 5 years experience in sales for plant/site maintenance services in the regional Oil and Gas, petrochemicals and chemicals industrial
  • Demonstrated knowledge / experience in plant construction, green field, maintenance and revamping market for above mentioned industrial.
  • Strong track record of success in winning new business in plant maintenance, construction or related facilities management, internal installation, mechanical or welding services
  • Target driven and thrives in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Extensive experience in developing complex outsourcing solutions and various pricing and labour models
  • Excels at building and retaining customer relationships
  • Leadership experience & competencies, track record in managing & developing a sales team

  • Willing to travel within Asia Pacific region on short notice
  • Advice, negotiate and decide on final price, terms and condition prior to order acceptance for all projects in APAC
