Job Description
s
- To increase sales revenue and generate new revenue stream by identifying new wire harness and RF cable opportunities
- Work with sales team in developing key account management plan for key customers
- Set and ensure quarterly sales revenue target are achieved
- Update funnel management details with sales team
- To participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and short-term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
- To analyze targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
- Conduct market, competitors and customers analysis
- Provide market feedback on competitive offerings and product development ideas
- Sales Channel Management
- Formulate pricing strategy in accordance with marketing strategy
- Degree, preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 to 8 years in wire harness/RF cable industry
- Experience in RF cable is an added advantage
- Good track record on Sales performance
- Required skill(s): Sales Forecast & Planning, Project Management Skill
- Ability to understand the client’s needs & present solutions
- Understanding of markets & Products
- Supervisory skills
