Sales Manager / Snr Account Manager (key Account)

Job Description


Job Objective:

  • Achieve sales performance targets and maintain good client relations
Core Responsibilities:
  • B2B sales
  • Serving and increasing sales from existing key account
  • Generate and develop new key account
  • Work closely with renowned partner like Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft, and in-house AV Designer Team to proposed solution to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids is competitive.
  • Present and submit weekly sales report
  • Solution to focus: All type of Audio, Visual and video conferencing solution
  • Primary market to focus: Enterprise: FSI, Technology, Manufacturer, Oil & Gas, etc

Job Specifications: Education Qualification:
  • Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred or
  • Diploma in any discipline

Experience:
  • Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record
  • Must have experience in a project-based, development of customised solutions sales environment
  • Experience in managing key account in Enterprise market, especially in Technology, Manufacturing & FSI
  • Experience for Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solution.
  • For Sales Manager position, must have at least 2 years in leading a successful Team beside all the above
