A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager like you, to drive our business for sustainable power solutions systems. Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:

• Acquisition and development of new customers in technical sales of decentralised energy systems with a focus on hydrogen solutions, fuel cells, electrolysis in the energy sector
• End-customer consulting with regard to technical questions and the cost-based comparison of different solution approaches
• Evaluation of comprehensive, complex technical enquiry specifications and public tender documents up to the technical clarification of the scope of delivery and performance
• Advising partners and customers on the preparation of technical request specifications
• Preparation of comprehensive offers including definition of the solution and the "scope of work" as well as selection of the required products taking into account all requirements of the customer specification

Qualifications and skills :

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Power Engineering or Business equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience from the energy sector
• Strong knowledge of the energy market, ideally with focus on microgrids, energy storage, H2 based technologies like fuel cells and electrolyzers
• Several years of professional experience in sales, experience in the sale of energy systems is an advantage
• Able to work in Tukang office (Jurong)
