Job Description


A global telecommunications company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join with experience of new business.

The company is one of the world leaders in telecommunications with a significant presence in China and South-East Asia.

Your role would be to generate revenue from both new and existing accounts as well as focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders within clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating revenue from the new & existing global accounts.
  • Focusing on increasing the existing share of accounts using next-generation products within existing global accounts.
  • Develop a sales strategy for each account to uncover new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell technology products and solutions.
  • Maintaining and building solid senior management relationships within the assigned global accounts.
Your experience:
  • 3 years + of sales experience within a telecommunications company in Singapore.
  • Some technical knowledge of Internet, Cloud-based or Data Oriented Networking Services, SDWAN, SASE & ZTNA solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with all levels within the assigned accounts.
  • Ability to progress complex opportunities through a cross-functional sales cycle.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin as this role will require you to speak with customers based in China.
