Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the lubrication systems business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lubricant, oil & gas, and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Provide technical sales support, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum
3 years' sales experience
in
lubricant, oil & gas, or lubrication systems industry
.
Strong knowledge of lubrication technologies, applications, and industrial systems.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel.
