Job description

1. Achievement of Sales Target

To assist in formulating, organizing & implementing sales strategies in line with the approved guidelines.

To foster & intensify relationship with the current & potential retailers to solicit support for the brand for sales target achievement.

To monitor weekly/monthly sales/stock level by POS and take timely action to achieve sales target.

To provide feedback and execute sales programs (i.e. promotions, exhibitions, incentive schemes & etc) with retailers.

2. Brand positioning / market visibility & intelligence

To work with BM in ensuring strong presence for the

Brand in the following areas with strict compliance of the guidelines and timely feedback for action :

- Visual Merchandising;

- Brand fixtures & furnitures;

- Stock assortment & movement;

- Brand position as compared to competitors.

Perform Market intelligence & feedback to BM to be proactive in initiating sales programs.

3. Customer Service

Service retailers with competence product knowledge &

professional standard of service.

Provide after sales services to Retailers/Customers base don Company\'s guidelines.

4.Brand local operations

Liaise closely with other support functions locally i.e. (SAV, Logistics, Finance\xe2\x80\xa6.) to ensure smooth operations, in line with both HQ & local guidelines.

Assist in stock purchasing and inventory control & deliveries.

Follow up outstanding payments.

Assist to prepare reports, documents & etc according to stipulated timeframe.

5.Any other Matters

Assist to provide training to third party sales personnel in a coordinated efforts towards sales & non-sales objectives of the Brand.

Support adhoc assignment as required or any other relevant tasks as & when required.

Profile

  • Fluency in English with strong interpersonal skills will be required to succeed in this role.
  • Sales oriented, collaborative and good team player
Professional requirements
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma in Business/related discipline
  • Experience in the similar industry is preferred

Fluent in English
