Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the achievement of sales targets for the market, assessing sales achievement-to-date on an ongoing basis to analyze opportunities and improvements.
  • Develops sales and marketing strategies, conducts market forecasting to identify short (1 year) and long term (3 years) strategies with the objective to grow market share. Ensures growth strategies are implemented through the year.
  • Develops marketing plans, relevant marketing/ promotional materials and continually engages new, existing and past clients. Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Manages a team of Account Managers and Application Engineers and responsible for resource allocation, training (ensuring that the team is well equipped with product knowledge and its applications, industry knowledge and soft skills in order to engage with clients effectively) and morale (ensuring that the team is engaged and motivated).
  • Develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Build brand awareness and positioning. Organize conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree will be preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience in a similar industry
  • Experience leading and motivating a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Superior organization skills, excellent time management skills, and commitment to deadlines
