Support the Vice President Commercial in the day-to-day administration
Support the Global Sales Offices (GSOs), Gloabl Sales Agents (GSAs), Group Director PR and Corporate Marketing Team in day-to-day management and administration
Manage all telephone reservations, queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
Produce sales and market statistics for the Sales Team from various reports such as Hotel IQ, Salesforce, etc.
Collate sales monthly reports from GSOs, GSAs and Hotel Sales
Coordinate and liaise with GSO and GSA expense submission with Accounts Department
Weekly Reports compilation for Sales & PR
Assist the GSOs and GSAs in the production of Sales presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions, client giveaways
Assist the Corporate Marketing Team with reporting, invoice handling, marketing collateral support
Assist in compiling research and feedback on changing market travel trends, statistics, new business source, competition
Assist with ad-hoc Sales & Marketing projects
Key Competency and Requirements:
Tertiary education and with at least 3 years of experience in related field
Experience in hotel industry preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure with minimal supervision and in navigating ambiguity.
