Job Description

• 
  Our Client is a Japanese Hotel Group. The role of Sales Marketing Assistant(Japanese Language/Part-time) is responsible for all of the tasks related to Sales and Marketing. You will mainly be working from home 3 days a week, 5-7 hours a day but you have the flexibility to work based on your preferred timing.
  
  You will be reporting to the Manager.

  • Manage and create marketing collateral for marketing and social media campaigns (Own Marketing Collaterals and managing SNS)
  • Formulate and ensure delivery of impactful digital marketing campaigns to create awareness. (Using SEO/SEM/Google AdWords, etc)
  • Prepare email magazines (EDMs)
  • Maintain and secure the company\'s database
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and HQ
  • Arrange meetings with travel agencies in Singapore and others SEA countries(including some European countries)
  • Introduce group hotels in a trade show

• Requirement

  • Willing to work as a part-timer
  • Familiar with SNS/Social Media(Instagram, Facebook posting)
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing is highly preferred! (Google Analytics)
  • Able to read/write Japanese (around JLPT N2) in order to liaise with Japan Head Office for marketing design and etc.
  • Responsible, cheerful, independent, and efficient person.
