Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Managing Digital Marketing, including website, email marketing and social media platforms
- Efficient management of customer conversations and queries on social media
- To create digital marketing materials for promotion of products and sales support
- Supporting Account Managers\' operation tasks and queries
- Processing customer orders and delivery
- Liaise with Customers, Account Managers, Warehouse staff and Logistics companies
- Keep Account Managers updated on Customer Credit position when necessary
- Managing sales and back orders in company database
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Office Skills including Spreadsheets and Slide Decks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
