Managing Digital Marketing, including website, email marketing and social media platforms
Efficient management of customer conversations and queries on social media
To create digital marketing materials for promotion of products and sales support
Supporting Account Managers\' operation tasks and queries
Processing customer orders and delivery
Liaise with Customers, Account Managers, Warehouse staff and Logistics companies
Keep Account Managers updated on Customer Credit position when necessary
Managing sales and back orders in company database
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Office Skills including Spreadsheets and Slide Decks is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
