We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team. The candidate will report to both Senior Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through targeted outreach, such as cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
Qualify new business leads by following up promptly and ensuring that they align with the company\'s products
Develop effective proposals that highlight the company\xe2\x80\x99s strengths and are tailored to the specific needs of each client
Work collaboratively to ensure that all client requirements are met on a consistent basis
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities, and other relevant business developments
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as set by the management, using a results-driven approach to optimize performance
Customer Service
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, including phone calls, emails, walk-ins, social media, and E-commerce platforms
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, providing effective problem-solving solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
Others
Execute administrative and logistical support to the Sales and Marketing department and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Foster good working relationships with colleagues and partners
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle difficult customer interactions
Proficient in using social media platforms
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of E-commerce platforms is an asset
Working Hours: Regular hours, Mondays to Fridays Dress Code: Business/ Smart Causal Work Location: 16 Arumugam Road (MacPherson MRT)
