Position title : Sales ExecutiveLocation: Sin Ming Lane [Walking distance from Bright Hill / Upper Thomson MRT]Working Days & Hours: 5days: Mon - Thu 9am - 6:30pm, Fri 9am - 6pmSales Executive is generally responsible for B2B and B2C sales, attending to sales leads and enquiries. You will be responsible to deliver best customers experience which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring highest of level customer satisfaction and loyalty.Job Responsibilities:

• Increase sales to current and prospective clients.
• Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers\' plan.
• Optimize and maintain sales target tin working closely with different internal departments -Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within an account.
• Prepares standard quotations and proposals.
• Maintaining the credibility of the customers\' payment terms via prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts and having external information, insights and business intelligence, on credit issues of your customers.
• Update sales data in Navision system
• Update daily report
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
• Sales & product training provided.

Requirements:

• Working experience in sales / business development or in any other relevant field would be of an advantage
• Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage

Sales & Marketing ExecutiveWorking Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pmWorking Location: Orchard, SG
Salary range: $2,500 - $3,500 + commissionJob Duties:

• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries
• Set up and conduct consultations in person or via video calls
• Follow up closely with potential prospects
• Assess and advise clients regarding eligibility, expenses, timeline and visa options
• Pro-actively monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations
• Provide regular updates and actively follow up with clients before and after-sales
• Be the main point of contact to identify and resolve clients\' concerns promptly
• Preparation of weekly reports for performance tracking and appraisal
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the documentation team
• Attend to any other related duties assigned by management
