Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and personable

Sales & Marketing Executive

to promote our growing suite of services in

vehicle refurbishment, mobile space innovation, and bus conversions

. This role is field-based and communication-heavy -- ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to clients, attending meetings, and actively driving sales through relationship-building and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

transportation, events, education, and corporate sectors

Conduct

cold calls, WhatsApp/phone follow-ups, and site visits

to build client pipeline Present our capabilities (e.g., bus conversion, pod builds, engineering services) confidently to prospects Assist in

preparing quotations, proposals

, and closing deals alongside technical team Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly on ongoing leads Attend industry expos, trade shows, or client meetings to expand visibility Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production timelines, clarify customer requirements, and handover projects smoothly Support basic

marketing activities

such as creating decks, taking photos/videos of projects, and uploading content to social media (optional but ideal)

Requirements

Nitec / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers/vendors) Strong interpersonal skills -- comfortable calling, visiting, and handling clients independently Must be proactive, responsible, and results-driven Able to travel across Singapore for meetings and site visits (possessing own transport is a bonus) Prior experience in

B2B sales, mobile solutions, or technical industries

is a strong advantage

Preferred Profile

1-3 years of working experience in

sales, account servicing

field marketing

High energy, independent, and comfortable

"hustling"
