Key responsibilities


Strategy and planning

:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals, create content calendars, and plan campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.

Content creation and management

:Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

Community management

:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback in a "social" and brand-aligned way.

Performance analysis

:Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends.

Collaboration

:Work with other departments, such as marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and to align social media efforts with broader company objectives.

Trend monitoring

:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to optimize strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Influencer and crisis management

:Identify and engage with influencers, and contribute to crisis management efforts.
Qualifications and skills


Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to create and curate engaging multimedia content. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to report on data.
