About Our Client
Our client is a reputed Wedding Dress/Gown business, selling and renting designer dresses to brides to be! Their store is located in CBD Area and they count 12 employees at the moment. They are now expending and looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both marketing and retail sales initiatives. This is a Hybrid position.
Primary Scope One - Marketing (10.30am to 5pm):
- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Strategize, plan and execute new channels of growth
- Copywriting for marketing collaterals
- Liaising with vendors for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
- Plan and execute content for social platforms
- Conduct sales appointments with new brides to determine their needs and provide appropriate gown/package recommendations
- To deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct fitting appointments for existing brides
- About 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, in B2C preferred
- Strong interest in Designer/Fashion/Luxury is a plus
- Working hours: 10.30am to 7pm (mon-fri)
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
