Job Description

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Singapore Ltd. (MBFS) provides customers with a range of mobility options from financing and leasing to insurance and fleet management.

• Support the development and execution of retail and B@B marketing campaigns
• Design and develop marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, flyers, videos based on HQ templates and CI guidelines) for all MBFS/MBFM brands using e.g. Adobe Creative Suites)
• Attend regular alignment with brand and business partner marketing department to ensure coordination of marketing calendar/activities
• Support the communication and liaise with agencies, suppliers and relevant media owners.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to include MBFS/MBFM in business partners' marketing effort.
• Ensure continuity and up to date content management of all existing Financial Services web assets (MBFS, MBFM and Fuso Financial)
• Manage and implement an "always-on" SEM strategy for online marketing;
• Support in the planning and execution of Customer Loyalty/ Retention campaigns
• Work with regional office to expand touchpoints of CEM
• Establish process to regularly review feedback from Customers/ Dealers
• Develop action plans together with other relevant functions based on customer/ dealer feedback
• Manage website content updates and functionalities.
• Support the Sales & marketing team with other projects and ad-hoc tasks

Job requirements

• Degree in Business Management/Administration with Major in Marketing preferred
• Basic knowledge in financial services industry preferred
• International exposure and cross-cultural experience preferred
• PC skills: MS Office, Microsoft Outlook
• Language skills: proficient in English and an additional Asian language will be an advantage
• Able to commit at least 6 months
