At One Suez, we don't do "typical sales." Instead of selling products, our focus is on acquiring retired IT assets from companies and government agencies--helping them recover asset value, reduce costs, and ensure secure data destruction and sustainable e-waste recycling. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our sourcing network and driving the procurement pipeline in the fast-growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry.
Key Responsibilities

• IT Asset Procurement Outreach - Proactively engage corporate clients to explore opportunities for acquiring retired / surplus IT assets (servers, laptops, networking equipment, etc.) and provide cost-efficient disposal solutions.
• Prospect Engagement - Conduct outbound calls, emails, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach to build trust and long-term supplier relationships.
• Lead Management - Track, manage, and qualify potential deals from multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, referrals, cold calls).
• Industry Networking - Attend exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to strengthen sourcing partnerships and enhance brand credibility.
• Marketing Support - Collaborate on digital campaigns, assist in creating outreach content, and leverage AI tools to increase visibility.
• Opertioans & Admin Support - support logisitics and admin tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Education - Minimum ITE Diploma qualification (IT, Computer, Electronics, Marketing, or Business preferred).
• Communication Skills - Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage people, build rapport, and communicate confidently (virtually or face-to-face).
• Motivation - A proactive mindset, eager to embrace challenges and make a tangible impact on business growth.
• Fresh Talent Welcome - Tertiary students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; we provide guidance and training to help you succeed.
• Language Skills - Strong English, ability to communicate in Mandarin (Spoken & listening) to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Compensation: Salary + Commission based on company's invoice value.
Employment: Intership preferred 6 months and Cotnract full-time position avaiable.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Work From Home on each Wednesday or per agreed.
Location: Pasir Panjang CC line.
