  • Manage inbound sales lead responses through phone and email and working through the qualification process
  • Provide great customer service to facilitate relationship and sales processes, capture key insights, solve problems, and identify and pursue new growth opportunities
  • Remain in consistent contact with established customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and the company\'s services.
  • Regular update of account, leads, contracts in CRM
  • Conduct sales pitch and prepare quotes and proposals
  • Follow through on leads, contacts, and commitments in a timely fashion
  • Utilize established Supply Chain processes and procedures to ensure timely and efficient delivery of information and material to internal and external customers
  • Keep management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports
  • Work with other internal & external parties to optimize sales activity efficiencies
  • Propose Marketing / promotion activities relevant for the market to grow Sales
  • Work together with e-commerce partner to grow online sales
  • Manage & develop marketing campaigns, & merchandise together with the Sales team for Singapore
Qualifications
  • Vietnamese Speaking not mandatory but an advantage
  • 2-3 years sales experience in the Automotive (Aftermarket) industry, managing revenue target
  • A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, continually changing environment
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
  • Able to travel to Vietnam at least 3 times per year
