While details may evolve, our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together three days a week to collaborate and thrive, together!Your CareerAs part of the Programs and Facilitation team, the Sales Enablement Onboarding Facilitator will be responsible for assisting the management and logistics of our global, virtual and in person training sessions. You will work closely with program coordinators and session facilitators, cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of the training programs. The Sales Enablement onboarding facilitator thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong attention to detail, is organized and process driven. You will assist in managing the coordination, logistics and results monitoring of enablement programs to support the Japanese and Korean new hires through sales onboarding, sales kickoff events, continuous learning programs and other special projects particularly focused on these non native English speakers.Your Impact

  • Support JAPAC members, including Japanese and Korean participants, in the Global New Hire Onboarding training - Provide language support, localization, logistics, tool usage, and travel assistance to ensure a smooth execution and seamless learning experience for participants
  • Participate in in-person HQ and Singapore sessions with New Hires, offering language and logistical support for English-conducted sessions and activities
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including venues, Zoom setup, and execute participant communications
  • Assist existing tracking and managing the budget and expenses for on-site training to ensure the cost-effective delivery of training initiatives
  • Collect and analyze feedback and effectiveness metrics for Non-Native English, and provide escalation to Global Enablement team
  • Communicate with local sales managers to plan and implement the necessary support for New Hire Onboarding, ensuring coordination with stakeholders
QualificationsYour Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Agile and flexible - equally comfortable collaborating closely with SMEs and stakeholders as well as executing independently
  • Business level in English, Japanese, and Korean to ensure facilitation support to our Japan and Korea employees
  • Experience in coordinating and managing logistics for global, virtual, and in-person training sessions
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Tight-knit collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with Seismic and GSuite is a plus
