Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 travel enquires and requests through phone calls, emails, or walk-ins
  • Provide recommendations for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests & interests
  • Provide information on travel visa & insurance
  • Liaise with the Cruise Principle, overseas ground tours, and transportation operators for travel arrangement
  • Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, cruise travel, travel coordination, and customer
support
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Experience & Skill-set required:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome or possess some experience in the tourism & hospitality sectors
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when needed
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure

Other Information:

- Mon - Fri from 1000 - 1900 Hours - Sat & Sun, PH - Closed
  • In the event of a Travel Fair, Private events are required to be back and will be compensated on allowance.
