Job Description

• 
  Our client is a well-known Japanese travel agency, Now they are looking for Travel Consultant & Operation (Japanese Speaking) to provide support services for customers.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 travel enquires and requests through phone calls, emails, or walk-ins.
  • Provide recommendations for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests & interests.
  • Provide information on travel visa & insurance.
  • Prepare and update promotional & display materials.
  • Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours, and transportation operators for travel arrangements.
  • Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination, and customer support.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

  • Inexperienced candidate is welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Service industry is advantageous.
  • Must be passionate about the travel/tourism/hospitality industry
  • Enthusiastic with a creative aptitude and high attention to details
  • Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, positive mindset and ability to work well in a multitasking environment
  • Strong team spirit with the ability to work independently, and willing to provide ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement
