Sales Operations Analyst

12 Months Contract

The Opportunity

Manage the first line of resolution for business critical issues.

• Track and resolve tickets related to tooling and systems issues, triaging as required for cases requiring cross-functional team support
• Quantify impact of incoming requests to relevant engineering teams, utilizing technology and best practices
• Ensure the issues are communicated, escalated and resolved within the service levels defined by severity
• Hold vendors accountable for raising tickets efficiently
• Analyze common issues to identify root causes, find solutions and process improvements
• Support the deployment of multiple tech projects through systems configuration
• Liaise with global and regional stakeholders to ensure all the vendor operational manuals are updated

Your Background

• 3+ years experience with call center operations and CRM administration
• Experience working with internal/ external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
• Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
• Task-triaging experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, systems, and programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently through to successful implementation in an operational environment
• Proficiency in analyzing data to detect trends and identify root causes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for operational excellence and commitment to sales productivity
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus (SQL, Tableau etc.)
• Bachelor\'s Degree in business, technical or related field preferred.
